More than ever before, people are owning their work experience and taking a more active role in when, where, and how they work--including who they will work for and why. This two-hour workshop drives growth-based conversation about the evolving workplace experience--how people and companies approach work in a post-pandemic world.

The shifts in the workplace experience impacts individuals, teams, and companies and this workshop explores human-centered change management and workplace culture through a lens of co-creating our new world at work so individuals, teams, and companies alike come out on top.
